Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We offer FREE ground shipping on all products (Does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii or other non-contiguous) . 

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed usually process the same or next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We send out tracking information with every order.  Please follow the link to track your packages

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur because of weather, lost packages or human error.  Please be patient with the carrier.  They do the best they can.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We discourage using a PO Box whenever possible. Shipments to PO Boxes and those using the USPS network have had an extremely high rate of delay, loss and damage. If you have the ability to accept a UPS delivery, we highly recommend the use of a physical address.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Engrave-A-Crete is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages
Engrave-A-Crete is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photographs may be requested.
